Finding old friends (or weblogs)

As I was weblog-surfing today I came across a link that seemed familiar to me, loobylu.com. Naturally I followed the link to see if it would kick-start the inner depths of my memory and after browsing to another link from loobylu, http://www.clairetown.com/.
I remembered that this was a weblog that I use to read on a quite often basis. A sense of seeing-an-old-friend came across me, a nice feeling. I probably would not have recognised the weblog if her other website (Clairetown) had have changed, I guess in this case having the same look and feel was a plus.
Also in this past week I saw a friend of my sisters from primary school! That’s going back at least 15 years! Yikes!
