I just had a look at my access logs and the PSP Internet Browser identifies itself as “Mozilla/4.0 (PSP (PlayStation Portable); 2.00)”.

It displayed my weblog fairly well, but the options also give a resize option one where you could also select a “fit to screen”. The CSS came through just fine as well.
