The National Library of Australia has just launched their new Libraries Australia website, allowing one to search a whole range of resources. Via a paid subscription you can extend your searching to online resources as well. Quoting their website, the paid version features:
- search for items in many formats, including online, held in Australian libraries or overseas;
- download citations to your own computer;
- check if the items are available at your library;
- request a loan or copy from another library or commercial supplier
- buy a copy of the item from an online bookshop
- set up regular email reports of items in your area of interest.
